The Alberta Farmers' Market Association Cookbook celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Alberta Farmers' Market Association. 

This is a collection of recipes that showcases the wide variety of ingredients found at approved markets: recipes that can be made in the home kitchen by cooks of every skill level. 

There are recipes from Top Chef and Chopped Canada contestants, from chefs fresh out of culinary school to those with decades of experience. Page 40 of the cookbook features a recipe for Mushroom Barley Salad from Twisted Fork owner and head chef, Debra Poulin.
